Meet Salena Javdan,

My work is grounded in a simple intention: to offer a space where people feel understood, supported, and empowered. My passion lies in helping individuals make sense of their inner world so they can move through life with more clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience.

I support clients who are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, and trauma-related concerns. Many of the people I support come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they can’t fully name - wanting to understand themselves better and build tools that actually make a difference in their day-to-day lives.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Drawing from CBT, DBT, attachment-focused work, mindfulness, and IFS-informed parts work, I help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns with curiosity rather than self-judgment.

In our work together, you can expect a thoughtful blend of insight and practical skill-building. My goal isn’t just to help you understand why you feel the way you do - but to help you feel more equipped to navigate life with greater steadiness and self-trust.
