About Lilian
My approach to therapy is guided by a genuine curiosity about people — their experiences, relationships, and the patterns that shape how they move through life. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe showing up as themselves, even when navigating difficult emotions, experiences, or uncertainty.
I view therapy as a collaborative process rooted in curiosity, self-understanding, and meaningful growth. Together, we explore thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and relationship patterns to better understand what may be contributing to anxiety, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, overwhelm, or feeling “stuck.” Along the way, I integrate approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and strength-based techniques to help clients build insight, strengthen coping strategies, and create meaningful change.
I am especially interested in understanding how past experiences, relationships, and life transitions can shape the way we think, feel, and respond in the present. I believe that increasing awareness of these patterns can support greater self-compassion, emotional clarity, and confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
At the core of my work is the belief that therapy is not about “fixing” someone, but about creating space for reflection, healing, and growth. My goal is for clients to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and better equipped with both insight and practical tools to move toward a more fulfilling and connected life.
